- Hand-crafting effective brands through attractive message and captivating design for our clients across all marketing channels: print, web, social, video and paid media.
- Understanding who our clients' audiences are, who their competition is, and helping them establish a clear position among their competitive landscapes.
- Creating marketing strategies that garner the attention of our target audiences, help them understand our clients' unique value propositions, and move them to action.
- Compelling those audiences to fall in love with what our clients have to offer through engaging storytelling and captivating design.
- Orchestrating all expressions of the client’s brands to be synchronized and complementary.
Objectives and Responsibilities
We're looking for someone exceptional who can:
- Collaborate with our clients to be the lead creator of all print, Web and digital marketing.
- Have an exceptionally keen eye for design with the ability to direct the design process in the creation of campaign concepts and design materials for marketing content and campaigns.
- Use design to help tell a story extraordinarily well through powerful aesthetics.
- Illustrate concepts and carry them through to execution and applications.
- Orchestrate multi-channel brand development efforts and marketing campaigns, including print, digital, social media, tradeshow/event display, video, and paid media.
- Analyze brand tracking, market trends, consumer needs, and the competitive landscape.
- Work with printers and other tactical vendors to execute and complete marketing initiatives, collateral or merchandise.
- Help grow the agency by identifying opportunities among established clients and seeking out new clientele.
Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate should have:
- A degree in marketing, graphic design or related field.
- 8 - 12 years of design experience, preferably in an agency atmosphere.
- Solid knowledge of marketing, brand, and design principles and digital development.
- Expert skills in working with Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop.
- Strong visualization, concept and strategy development skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- An exceptionally creative mind.
- A hunger to make our clients look great.
- A servant's heart.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
