Ice Cream Bob's, one of the most popular destinations on the Burlington Waterfront is seeking friendly, hardworking, and customer service-oriented servers for a busy creemee stand. We are open 11 am - 10 pm seven days a week from May to October - day or evening shifts with flexibility. Base pay plus tips.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Greet customers.
• Provide oustanding customer service.
• Serve ice cream and make milkshakes.
• Process sales using a cash register.
• Opening and closing responsibilities.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.

Qualifications

• Must be self-motivated, flexible, dependable, and a great team worker.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not required. We will train you if you have a positive attitude and willingness to learn!

Physical Requirements

• Standing for extended periods is common.
• Must be able to communicate orally.
• Hearing and vision within normal ranges, with or without hearing or vision aid devices.
• Some lifting is expected; occasional exertion of up to 25 lbs. of force may be required.
