Tideland Landscaping is looking to grow its team with a Landscaping Crew Leader in Summerville, SC. We pay $17 - $22 per hour, depending on experience. As a Crew Lead, you will be responsible for the maintenance truck, running the lawn mower, leading and managing the crew to get jobs done efficiently, and assisting laborers with tasks like edging, weed-eating, trimming, and blowing as needed. To lead the crew, we are looking for someone who is a team player, willing to help, and easy to get along with.
We love rewarding our hard-working crew with company meals and BBQs as well as performance-based bonuses. Another awesome benefit of working with us is the 4 - 10 hour shift work schedule. We work Monday-Thursday 6:30 am - 5 pm and enjoy Fridays off. If you ever need to catch up on hours, there is Friday work available to you.
