The Crumbl Crew Member is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, baking Crumbl cookies with precision and care, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, working effectively in a team, and performing all duties efficiently with a positive attitude.

Essential Job Functions:

• Provide Exceptional Service to customers by serving them with a smile, being attentive to their needs, and representing the Crumbl culture
• Follow Crumbl recipes with exactness and care, paying close attention to each cookie's details, ensuring consistency and the highest quality is experienced every time
• Maintain presentation and cleanliness by ensuring no steps are skipped in each cookie's presentation, constantly cleaning and maintaining order with the equipment and utensils used, and keeping the kitchen areas presentable and safe
• Work effectively in a team by understanding the importance of delivering on individual role responsibilities and supporting fellow crew members in performing other business tasks
• Perform all duties efficiently with a focus on providing exceptional service and Crumbl products in a quick manner
• Safely and properly operate Crumbl kitchen equipment and utensils, showing respect and ownership over the equipment, utensils, and other kitchen material
• Understand and use Crumbl business technology applications efficiently and stay current on all training to display a high level of performance in the technology tools used

Job Requirements:

• Strong "can-do" mindset and a positive attitude, displaying strong personal values through actions and words
• Committed to giving excellent effort in all responsibilities and tasks, including lifting 30+ lbs. and standing on feet for the duration of the shift while maintaining a high pace
• Food or restaurant experience and customer service experience
• Has a strong internal "why" that aligns with those of Crumbl, has similar values and character, and has a passion for food and baking
