What does your job entail?

Here is a list of some of the essential duties:

• Ensuring that each guest receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes...
• Greeting and acknowledging every guest.
• Processing POS transactions accurately and adhering to proper cash handling procedures.
• Working in cooperation with other Jersey Mike’s Team Members.
• Maintaining cleanliness of floors, tables, counters, and restrooms at all times.
• Responding appropriately to guest concerns and communicating to management.
• Operating all equipment necessary to perform the job.
• Abiding by the established Jersey Mike’s uniform and grooming standards.
• Maintaining an awareness of all menu items.
• Adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Reaches, bends, and frequently lifts-up to 30 pounds. Works in a standing position for long periods of time.

We need you to have reliable transportation and a flexible schedule with the ability to work days, nights, and holidays.

• Possess excellent verbal and non-verbal communication
