• Start date will be as soon as you are able as we have openings currently ready to be filled.
• This is a position with shifts on Tuesday (4pm-8pm), Wednesday (4pm-8pm), Thursday (4pm-8pm), Friday (1pm-5pm) and Saturday (9am-3pm). Total of 22 hours. Will give one Saturday off a month to be covered by other employee. Other openings available as staff members take vacation.
• Starting pay is $15/hr for the first three months. After that it increases to $16/hr.

Element Cryotherapy and Wellness is a holistic health center. Our purpose is to help people find relief from physical and mental ailments. We are looking for 1 part-time (around 22 hr/wk) candidate with high energy, a passion for fitness, wellness/health, and helping others feel great. This position will require in-house training which will be on location. Services you will be asked to help with will include the following: whole-body cryotherapy, localized cryotherapy, chromotherapy (red-light and near infrared light), compression therapy, oxygen therapy, and PEMF therapy.

This position has downtime as long as other tasks are taken care of. Used by some staff to take care of homework/other projects. Willing to work with almost every time off request as long as we have a reliable employee.

We expect team members to come from a wide variety of backgrounds within the health/fitness industry.

Job Requirements (not limited to):

• Greeting customers upon arrival in store
• Identifying and prioritize customer needs
• Maintain a professional and courteous relationship with members
• Guiding clients through treatments, with thorough explanation
• Performing services while exercising safety precautions
• Selling of services & memberships and processing payments
• Routine cleaning duties, to maintain the look and feel of our environment
• Answering telephone and returning voicemails
• Booking appointments

As a perk, all team members will have access to all treatments and therapies during non-working hours. Family discounts available for family members as well.
