Established in 2013, we specialise in digital transformation including agile software development, DevOps, automation, cloud consulting, data and machine learning.
The successful candidate will be working directly with one of our customers.
Required skills:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other Technical Related Discipline
• Experience preferred working in a healthcare and/or MedTech company
• 10+ years managing, mentoring, motivating a team with a strong history of developing people, both technically and individually preferred
• Must have comprehensive knowledge of software, application, systems, cloud, and network engineering
• Experience with bringing high tech product successfully to the market in healthcare sector a distinct advantage
• Ability to move forward and make decisions
• Strong communication skills, leadership, problem-solving with strategic approach, project management, and organisational skills
• Analytic and decisive decision maker with the ability to communicate effectively and is well versed in strategic planning and execution
• Exceptional time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to align multiple strategies and ideas

Desirable skills:

• Familiarity with relevant sales software and technology
• Sharp negotiation and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
• Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Highly self-motivated
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Working knowledge of CRM systems

Key responsibilities & duties include:

• Manage the tech team and technical / product partners
• Review, refine, and build the technology vision, strategy, and roadmap in support of the company goals
• Guarantee a strong product quality, robust architecture, and system security
• Motivate and develop a high-calibre technology team, including recruiting strong talent and building a strong bench of managers and technologists
• Identify opportunities where implementing technological solutions will improve customer experience and/or business performance
• Oversee the company's technology and IT budgets to ensure that spending aligns with company goals
• Spearhead IT projects to increase market reach and improve USP
• Oversee system design and changes in system architecture
