Job Description:

Prepares educational and instructional course materials such as outlines, instructor’s guides, student workbooks, courseware, instructional presentation media, test booklets, and survey forms. Develops interactive courseware content and coordinates courseware automation. Provides instruction to individuals, teams, and groups on selected subject matter. Creates instructional strategies based on science of learning principles. Could lead teams of Curriculum Developers or Instructional Designers.

Required Skills and Experience: *

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Systems Design, Human Performance, Education, or similar field. Experience may be substituted for degree level.

• 1- 5 years’ experience

• Experience with courseware authoring tools such as Captivate, Articulate, etc.

• Demonstrated understanding of adult learning theory and application.

• Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures.

Key skills or expertise: *

• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite

• ADDIE Model and other Adult Learning Models

• Proficient with Modules/Modular design methods of instruction

• Proficient with Zoom

• 1-5 years’ experience creating curriculum
