Custodian - Maintenance
The Aviary Restaurant is a casual fine dining restaurant with 130+ seats located in Swansea, MA. Our property has expanded to include The Aviary Event Venue housing two event spaces with a total of 125+ seats, and The Rookery, a casual pub-style restaurant with 45+ seats.
We are looking for a dependable person to take pride in caring for 2 beautiful buildings and property.
- Cleaning interior of 2 buildings
- Maintaining clean parking lots and outside areas
- Assist with shoveling walkways
- Power washing patios seasonally
- Assist in moving tables and chairs when needed
- Paint touch ups
- Ensuring rest rooms are stocked and clean
- Assist with other duties as needed
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
