Account Specialist Details
The successful candidate will have experience in account management within customer service, preferably in a manufacturing setting.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in Supply Chain, Business or Marketing, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • 2+ years’ experience in customer service, preferably within a manufacturing or logistics environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • SAP Sales and Distribution (preferred), or other ERP system is required.
  • Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills required.

As a member of the Customer Service team, you will be responsible for:

  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with assigned customers and HAI Sales, Corporate, and Plant associates.
  • Effectively managing assigned customer accounts, including accurate and efficient order entry, changes, billing, and returns.
  • Answering phones and managing the shared email inbox.
  • Collaborate with various departments to quickly resolve customer issues.
  • Maintaining SAP Master Data and generating and distributing customer invoices.

  • Are very good with details and love problem-solving.
  • Have experience with SAP and have knowledge of international shipping and freight classes.

Pay: $51,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year
