Job description
The CSR function is multi-faceted. The individual serves as the customer's advocate and is required to interface with all departments within the Lincolnton facility and company personnel in other McMurray locations. The CSR's responsibility is to manage his/her respective accounts to provide the best possible service.
- Account management
- Enter and manage customer orders
- Communicate with customers - emails and phone contact as necessary
- Time management
- Create and update spreadsheets and other documents
- Willing and able to learn multiple databases and systems
- Ability to work independently
- Manufacturing background is helpful
- Understand our manufacturing processes and willing to learn
- Able to retain information and apply
- Able to read reports, find anomalies and act on them
- Familiar with shipping terminology
