About you:

You are a high energy problem solver who has demonstrated experience with full-cycle order fulfillment. You enjoy working with both internal and external shareholders to deliver exceptional service to B2B customers and have experience working with SAP.

What you will own in this role:

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for coordination of all activities necessary to provide sales, service, and distribution support to our B2B customers. This role is the direct interface with clients and is responsible for the following:

• Receive, process, and own customer purchase orders
• Proactively communicate orders’ statuses to internal Supply Chain team
• Analysis of inventory and customer demand
• Partner with Sales in support of customer needs
• Manage customer master data and customer requirements in SAP
• Build relationships with customers and internal partners
• Back-up colleagues as needed
• Travel on an infrequent basis in support of sales effort

What you have already achieved:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain management, Operations management, or STEM
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Excellent computer skills: including strong proficiency in Excel and Word are required
• Capacity to learn processes and systems
• Organizational, planning, and analytical skills
• Work well under pressure and meet deadlines

Qualifications that can set you apart:

• SAP experience
• Relevant experience in customer service, sales, supply chain or manufacturing experience
