What this role is all about :
We are looking for Customer Experience Assistant in Appleton, WI.
The Customer Experience Assistant will support the Customer Experience Manager and team, along with internal stakeholders and external customers, with order entry, document control, change orders, returns management, incoming calls and other related activities. In addition, this role is key to ensuring our customers are always heard and confident we will answer their questions and solve challenges with them as partners. The primary mission is to ensure all customers receive an experience that meets or exceeds their expectations while also supporting Agropur business objectives.
- Provide support for the Customer Experience team and internal stakeholders with customer orders.
- Receive customer orders and oversee the workflow to ensure they are included in planning and scheduling activities. Correspond with customers and manufacturing plants about orders and statuses etc.
- Advise customer of prices, shipping date, anticipated delays, product questions, and any additional information needed by customer.
- Manage program specific orders, changes, and initiate any needed communication to stakeholders.
- Validate pricing on shipped orders prior to invoicing, distribute to cross-functional teams, and manage shared drive of shipping documentation
- Initiate investigation of shipping discrepancies and support root cause analysis
- Responsible for following protocol ensuring digital documentation is captured and supporting sales related workflows
- Generate and distribute required weekly/monthly reports for both internal and external stakeholders
- Respond to customer questions regarding orders and documents.
- Assist with proposals, letters, forms, and miscellaneous correspondence for Customer Experience Coordinators/Account Managers.
- Answer incoming calls or website queries. Answer questions or resolve issues quickly or escalate to the proper Agropur function to resolve. Track progress on open issues.
- Partner with Planning and Scheduling teammates on ensuring production runs meet customer expected delivery dates.
- Coordinate samples and special customer requests.
What you need:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate Degree from a two-year college or technical school in business preferred.
- Minimum one (1) year of customer service experience in a professional office environment required.
- Experience with SAP preferred.
- Experience in a manufacturing centric business model preferred.​
Where you’ll be working:
Our US headquarters is based out of our Appleton, WI, office and is home to about 70 employees. While this location does not produce any product, our modern office area is bustling with employees from all areas of the business.
