In our search for a Customer Relations Coordinator, we are looking for individuals with the ability to pay attention to the details and always look for new opportunities for growth in the workplace. We seek candidates who are self-motivated and have a passion for customer service, and who can effectively communicate with both internal and external customers. We are looking for candidates who are experienced in their field with a background in customer service, communicating with others and resolving issues.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer/public consumer questions.
• Handle customer complaints and questions.
• Give informative responses to customer service campaigns and requests.
• Top tier customer service.
• Knowledgeable in our products, services and marketing campaigns.
• Work alongside our branding and marketing team to provide customer feedback.
• Give feedback and input to our design and sales team.

Qualifications:

• Ability to interact with the public and be outgoing.
• Previous experience in a position dealing and interacting with the public.
• Bachelor's/Associates Degree preferred.
• Knowledge in marketing, branding or sales in preferred.
• Strong Desire to learn and be apart of a growing team.
