The Customer Correspondence Team Manager position is part of a newly created team in Operations charged with coordinating the centralised maintenance and update of all customer correspondence across the Bank. You will report to the Head of Change and Transformation and work closely with the Chief Operations Officer (COO) and the wider Senior Leadership Team across Operations. The successful candidate will also play a key role in transforming the Banks approach to customer correspondence to deliver a simpler, more customer centric and cost effective customer engagement model.
Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Change Empower and encourage your team to provide a high quality service to our customers and partners
- Develop capacity planning model and ensure it is used to plan and run your business area on a regular basis.
- Prioritise resources to meet Service Level Agreements (SLA¿s) & processes. Performance Management
- Agree goals and objectives for your teams to meet.
- Conduct team meetings and regular performance reviews with your team and provide them with mentoring and development opportunities to enable them to develop their skills.
- Risk Assessment
- Support the department¿s requirements to conform to the bank¿s Risk Strategy including Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) and Internal Control Framework.
- Ensure that risk events are reported on time and with full details outlining root cause, remediation and preventative actions.
- Facilitate regular risk assessment and analysis of risks across your operational area.
Requirements:
- Ability to build and maintain collaborative working relationships
- Track record of leading a high performance team Critical and strategic thinker
- Sound commercial acumen
- Experience in capacity planning
This is a Permanent role based in Permanent TSB Saint Stephens Green Dublin south.
