Everest is looking for a Customer Experience Analyst to join us in our Warren, NJ, New York, NY or Philadelphia, PA office. This role will support our underwriting workbench platform and other digital assets, reporting to Head of Experience and Digitization.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Collaborate with platform/product owners, business analysts, UI designers, and IT to create exceptional experiences for internal and external users
  • Research, analyze, and present UX findings and recommendations
  • Understand the value of user experience design and how to include it as an integral part of system/website builds
  • Create wireframes for review with key stakeholders and UI design partners
  • Demo wireframes and prototypes to key stakeholders across the organization
  • Meet with business stakeholders to understand key needs and pain points
  • Provide direction and feedback to UI design partners
  • Partner with IT throughout development lifecycle to ensure UI is built to design specifications
  • Participate in requirements sessions with key stakeholders; assist in business requirements development
  • Create PowerPoint presentations for key stakeholders and senior leadership
Qualifications, Education & Experience:
  • We are looking for candidates with 5-8 years’ experience in business analysis, user/customer experience, or similar role including experience in working with systems through the project lifecycle from requirements gathering/ scoping through to testing and go live.
  • Knowledge of UX/CX and wireframing required
  • Knowledge of commercial insurance desired but not required
  • Agile experience desired
  • Degree in risk management, business, technology, engineering, or design related field preferred; or commensurate business experience
Knowledge, Skills & Competencies:
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite
  • Strong communication, documentation, organization, and planning skills
  • Ability to create strong relationships and work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and end users
  • Ability to analyze business needs
  • Problem solver with a strong sense of individual ownership and accountability
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn technical specifications
  • Continuous learning mindset
  • Ability to work both constructively in a team environment as well as effectively independently in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both business and IT partners

For NYC Only: The base salary range for this position is $80K - $130K annually. The offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, experience, qualifications and work location.
