WELL TRVLD has become the coolest shopping destination in the airport and has helped thousands of customers take flight and TRVL WELL through our assortment of fashion apparel products and travel essentials for men, women, and kids at Baltimore Washington International Airport and

Ronald Reagan National Airport DCA.
We are looking for Customer Experience Specialists for our locations that are awesome, motivated, punctual and outgoing with a proven track record in retail sales and create an excellent customer experience for all travelers!

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

Must be punctual, prompt and on time.

A fun, creative mindset and passion for customer service to create a great store environment and experience for all WELL TRVLD shop visitors.

Effectively communicate the WELL TRVLD loyalty program benefits and achieve loyalty program acquisition goals.

Effectively describe and sell WELL TRVLD retail products.

Achieve and exceed minimum sales goals and company targets.

Utilize written and oral communication skills to perform job. tasks, as well as to provide coworkers and management with information concerning WELL TRVLD operations.

Receives and stocks merchandise/supplies, maintains shop by following company procedures, util izing equipment appropriately, merchandising, and completing and retaining required paperwork, logs, and other documentation.

Critical thinking, problem analysis and resolution skills.

Be knowledgeable of promotions and value-add items to increase sales.

Maintains merchandise presentation by following stocking practices and rotating merchandise, removing damaged or out-of-season goods, setting up, cleaning, and organizing product displays, signing and pricing merchandise appropriately, and securing fragile and high-shrink merchandise.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

Provides customer service by acknowledging the customer, identifying customer needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving customer issues and concerns, promoting products and services, maintaining a safe shopping environment, and appropriately representing and supporting the company's mission.

Follow all company policies and procedures.

Attend all assigned meetings.

Understand all laws pertaining to working at our Airport locations.

DESIRED

Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.

Retail sales experience preferred.

Must have customer service experience in a customer facing sales environment.

Computer proficiency.

POS system proficiency.

Moves, lifts, carries, and places merchandise and supplies weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance.

Be able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Minimum age requirement 18 years old.

Background check required.

Position requires prolonged periods of standing/walking around.
