FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Full Time
Summary: The Customer Operations Analyst role is responsible for leveraging CRM data and defining processes to maximize the value of customer interest. Primary responsibilities include evaluating customer leads, delivering key KPIs, evaluating and tracking dealer/retailer performance, and the identification of opportunities that improve customer care. This role requires advanced data analysis skills, attention to detail, excellent follow-up, and the ability effectively partner with sales leaders across the organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Review, analyze, and identify prioritized opportunities in the weekly lead reports
- Document and share opportunities for improvement with regards to specific leads, dealer performance, system performance, contact information, or website data.
- Document and track all open issues from creation to closure
- Develop and continuously evolve processes used to manage business processes
- Create and maintain an active action register and reporting by plant, region, segment, model.
- Develop a process to evaluate high value leads that require reassignment
- Lead new process/capability as required to evolve the Champion Homes Customer Care model
- Evaluate and report on direct impact made to increase home sales on a quarterly basis

Qualifications
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems or Lead Management systems
- Advanced experience with Excel, pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis
- 2+ years of experiencing managing an external call center/vendor
- 2+ year of experience in a business analyst role or equivalent
- Familiarity with building and improving business processes concepts and/or value mapping
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, HR, business management, data analytics, or equivalent.
This is a remote position with 30-40% travel.
