We are looking to welcome a Customer Relations Co-worker to join our amazing team at the IKEA Order & Collection Point (OCP) in Carrickmines Dublin 18.
Our store, in Carrickmines, has been designed to offer you the same great range and inspiration, with most products available to order for collection. There is also an increasing range of products available to take home today. Of course if it is more convenient, the customer can have it all delivered to their door.
Expected Starting Date: 9th January 2023
WHAT WE OFFER
Permanent 20 hour contract – mostly Monday to Friday during the day
We operate 7 days a week to meet the shopping needs of our customers, this role will require availability to work during the day, evenings, and weekends.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
This role is varied with no two days being the same; one minute you could be dealing with returns and customer resolutions, the next you could be placing or handing out customer orders.
You will be looking after Returns, Cash and Carry sales and customer queries and in our Cash Office opening and closing the tills, taking on Cash Office responsibility and reconciling sales at the end of the day.
Ideal candidate will have an enthusiasm for providing good customer service, will have a customer first approach while remaining cost conscious, should be self-motivated, flexible in working hours ideally and available to work weekdays and weekends.
