Waterway Carwash in Chesterfield is Now Hiring Sales Associates!

• Sales & high-end Customer Hospitality position (opportunities for advancement as soon as 2 months!)
• Sales team members average $15-$19 per hour ($15 base pay + sales bonuses!)
• This is a year-round position; not seasonal

Job Duties:

• Work inside and outside of Convenience Store, assisting customers as needed
• Greet and "Connect" with every customer to provide top-notch customer service
• Operate registers, scanners, and credit card / debit card terminals
• Keep work areas clean and orderly
• Introduce customers to the Waterway experience and our menu of car wash options
• Effectively use our tablet software to sell Waterway Memberships based on customer needs

Job Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License
• Abide by Professional Appearance standards
• Strong communication skills required
• Must be focused on the Customer Experience
