Responsibilities:

• Strong contributor to the success of a Sales Team
• Oversee and proactively respond to incoming leads for our Sales Department coming from our website and other outside sources; schedule appointments to test drive vehicles and provide information as requested
• Provide customer support to existing customers and attract new customers by answering vehicle and sales process questions received via the internet and by phone quickly, professionally, and in a well-spoken manner.
• Listen and be attentive to customer needs and priorities in order to provide appropriate suggestions and guidance on vehicles available to consider.
• Contribute to Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) improvement in all interactions with customers
• Work in close partnership with sales consultants to provide qualified leads and detailed information on customer’s needs and requirements
• Meet monthly specified targets and goals
• Build strong customer relationships by making outbound sold and unsold follow-up and reminder calls
• Coordinates questions and issues with appropriate Sales Department personnel and other department team leaders
