Customer Service Administrators (Fully Remote Options)

We have multiple opportunities for Customer Service Administrators to join a growing Fintech organisation on a permanent and FULLY REMOTE basis as they continue their expansion.   • You must have an internet bandwidth of 25mpbs + download speed and an unlimited data package to work remotely

Overview of the Role:

  • Completing accurate and efficient back-office process administration
  • Effectively managing a customer database through meticulous data entry
  • Keeping yourself up to date with product, service and customer information through our easily accessible knowledge base
  • Investigating and resolving customer queries through first contact resolution
  • Adhering strictly to data protection (GDPR) and confidentiality laws
  • Working in a fast-paced environment, your role may require you to provide relevant advice to customers via phone, email and/or webchat
