Customer Service Associate
The Customer Service Associate makes service calls, schedules appointments and follows up on work performed.
Key Responsibilities
- Makes service calls; schedules appointments.
- Contacts customers to schedule field action/recall visits.
- Informs customers when special order parts have arrived and schedules service appointment, if necessary.
- Makes follow-up phone calls to ensure work was performed to the customer’s satisfaction.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities provided by the company/manufacturer.
Core Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven computer proficiency using a wide variety of web-based programs and software; experience using CRM systems, automotive DMS systems preferred.
- Previous automotive experience a plus.
- Outstanding organization and follow-up skills.
- Desire to provide a high level of customer service.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be goal-driven and have a strong desire to succeed.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check.
