Little Switzerland, a 65 + year old chain of luxury Jewelry and Watch stores across the Caribbean has an opportunity in our St Thomas Corporate office for a Customer Service Associate. We are looking for an upbeat, high energy, highly organized individual that can represent the company’s commitment to outstanding customer service. Our professional customer service team problem solves customers issues with product questions, warranties, repairs, trade in, shipping, online purchases, service agreements, special orders, etc.

The position interacts with customers and store management on the phone, online and via email, so excellent communication skills are a must. In addition to all of the company benefits, the company also provides some of the best in product training, and opportunities for advancement.
