As a Service Administrator working in the Business Development Center (BDC), you will be important to our customer’s experience. You are one of the first points of contact with our customer, from greeting customers on the phone to helping them schedule a service appointment, our Service BDC Team are true professionals who enjoy helping others. We welcome individuals who thrive in a fast-paced high-volume dealership.

Responsibilities
Answer all incoming service calls in a prompt and friendly manner, displaying appropriate customer service skills throughout the entire customer interaction.- Checkout cash and check paying customers
- Answer basic service department questions, schedule service appointments, route customers' calls.
- Provide written messages to the responsible party in a timely manner.
- Complete reminder calls for customers scheduled for an appointment.
- Assist the service department in contacting customers once special ordered parts have arrived to schedule appointments.
- Contact customers with repair requests to schedule appointments.
- Corresponding to emails
- Making outgoing calls to recall customers and etc.
- Answer main switchboard and route calls to correct department/person
Qualifications
Highly motivated and friendly personality- Demonstrated ability to help others
- Able to sit for long periods of time
- Able to work in small office work environment
- Time management skills and punctual
- Able to multi-task
- Able to work as a team and individually
- Fantastic communication skills with your customers
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
- Clean driving record

- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
- Able to work M-F 10:30 am to 6:30 pm and alternating Saturdays 7:30 am to 3 pm
