Responsibilities
- Write and quote personal line insurance policies.
- Issue insurance documentation, assist with payments, and update policies.
- Obtain and maintain accurate client information and documentation.
- Review policy forms and communicate coverage with clients.
- Act as the first point of contact for the agency by greeting all visitors and answering the phone promptly.
- Maintain knowledge of insurance products and underwriting trends.
Requirements
- Property & Casualty License preferred; licensing assistance provided.
- 5+ years of customer service experience required.
- 2+ years of working experience in the insurance industry or relevant experience.
- Strong computer and technical skills.
- A self-starter who can prioritize and multitask.
- Adept at problem-solving and critical thinking.
- Must be able to work on-site, not a remote position.
