Position Summary:
Location: This role will be responsible for Pacific and Central Time Zones. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Amerit Fleet Solutions is looking for a Customer Service Manager to join our growing Customer Service Team! The ideal candidate will have the dedication to create and apply effective sales/customer service tactics, will demonstrate organization and planning, and strategic thinking to identify opportunities and implement new initiatives.

Compensation: Competitive Pay -
Paid weekly, every Friday! Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000
Location: This role will be responsible for Pacific and Central Time Zones.
- The core focus of this role is maximizing Customer Satisfaction with DSPs and Amazon team members. This will be measured primarily by Client Satisfaction scores and Station Adoption.
- Enhancing the DSP experience includes:
- Timely responsiveness to inbound DSP communications and escalations. Working internally within Amerit to ensure all issues are managed to completion and within time-bound Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- In-person visits to DSPs within the defined territory, intended to build trust and customer rapport.
- Providing ad-hoc training and open office hours to DSPs across all Amerit programs to maximize utilization of Amerit programs.
- Assisting with Station Launches to ensure new locations are setup for success
- Work collaboratively with Amerit and Amazon marketing teams to promote high frequency communication with DSPs
- Ability to de-escalate client concerns with outstanding customers service skills, and timely and thorough follow up.
- Attend regular virtual and in-person meetings with DSPs and Station Management
- Recommend process improvement recommendations that would improve the DSP experience, and present to Amerit leaders & executives.
Leadership:
- This is an individual contributor role but a successful candidate will exhibit leadership tendencies and attributes by working cooperatively among client and Amerit team members to achieve high client satisfaction.
- Teamwork - the ideal candidate builds bridges among all Amerit functions and works seamlessly with field ops, HR, finance, and all functions inside and outside of Amazon segment.

Logistics
- Position will be full-remote with up to 25% travel. In-person Delivery Station visits is a requirement for this role. Flexibility to travel with short notice is preferred.
