A shipping company is looking for a Customer Service Center Supervisor in Hayward, CA. As the supervisor, you will lead a team of office employees and play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include supervising a team, building strong customer relationships, providing proactive updates, identifying and implementing solutions, designing service improvements, managing escalations, monitoring productivity, leading quality reviews, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring a safe work environment.

Requirements for this role include an Associate's degree (Bachelor's preferred), a minimum of 3 years of experience in transportation management (3PL or freight forwarder preferred), at least 2 years of experience leading and supervising an office team, excellent leadership qualities, and effective communication skills.
