Job Description:
- Must have 1-3 years of experience in customer service with database experience.
- High School Diploma/GED is required.
- Bi-lingual / Spanish is a plus.
- Experience in handling a high volume of inbound/outbound calls.
- PC literate, Proficient with MS Office suite.
- Good data entry skills, and good typing skills.
- Excellent oral communication.
Note: The candidate must be available for the interview immediately. Must be fine with rotational shift timings including weekend shifts.
