Rock West Composites, Inc. has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative.

Rock West Composites, Inc. is an engineering and manufacturing company dedicated to providing innovative solutions for commercial and government customers. This position is located in our West Jordan, Utah location and reports to the Customer Service Manager.

Position Summary:

The customer service representative will ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with general duties and responsibilities of customer service.

Job Description:

• Answer incoming calls by screening, forwarding, and taking messages as needed
• Return customer voicemails
• Gather customer information for stock orders requiring placement through the website (i.e., credit card information, billing and shipping address, etc.)
• Collect additional S&H charges from customers. Assist with special projects assigned by the manager

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years customer service experience is highly desired but not required
• Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions
• Excellent attention to detail
• Communication skills
