Job description

418 Bedford is looking for a Customer Service Representative to answer questions and build report with customers on behalf of our Clients. You will work closely with your Team Lead and Manager to help ensure customer satisfaction. As a customer service representative, you should be professional and detail-oriented. We expect you to maintain accurate records and provide the needed information to clients in a timely manner. You should have good written and verbal communication skills to help us understand our customer’s needs, as well as have excellent active listening skills to understand their questions. Ultimately, you should be able to respond to a wide range of questions from our customers to ensure they understand the benefits of using our client for their needs.

Responsibilities:

• After answering any initial questions, solve the customer's problem and ensure they are happy.
• Represent our client with the highest standard, maintaining positive relationships with customers
• Retain product knowledge and communicate effectively with customers while giving guidance on new services available to them
• New customer acquisitions by following up with pre-qualified leads which will be provided daily

Our Work Environment:

• We offer paid training along with a designated Mentor/Team Leader who will assist you throughout your training
• We do in-office training sessions daily, please note: this is not a remote position

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $700.00 - $950.00 per week
