Come and Join our Growing Team of Contact Representatives.

Contact Representatives are one of the first impressions for our customers for the company they are calling.

The Contact Representative will be the first point of contact. The representative will provide support relating to inquires for Care Orgeon.

Job Location Spindale, NC

Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday 11am to 7:30pm for training.

Bonus-$250.00 graduation bonus, $125.00 bonus after 90 days, $125.00 after 6 months

Requirements

• A great attitude and desire to deliver best in service

• Have a willingness to make sure all callers are happy with their experience

• Be comfortable working in a fast paced and evolving company.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Comfortable using MS Office and Windowsbased applications

• Previous experience in either a customer support or sales position

• Strong Phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced working environment and work independently or within a group

• Ability to interact with all customers

• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively

• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices

• Good data entry and must type at least 35 wpm

• Ability to sit for long periods of time

• Pay after training will be $13 an hour
