Job Skills/Requirements
Inbound and outbound phone calls/emails/instant messages
Troubleshooting security systems
Excellent communication skills are required. You will need to be able to effectively communicate with both internal and external customers.
Technical minded to be able to understand the security systems
Must be able to prioritize multiple duties as assigned
Communicate and understand multiple applications and their platforms
Great attention to detail
Basic computer skills
Follow standard guidelines for the Customer Service Department
