Beacon Hill is seeking dedicated and customer-oriented individuals to join our client's dynamic team as Customer Service Representatives. As a CSR, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients. You will work within a division-specific team, where each team consists of approximately 15-20 CSRs. Your primary duties will include taking customer orders, following up on orders and inquiries, tracking orders, and coordinating with various departments as necessary. This role requires excellent communication skills, both over the phone and through email, as well as a strong focus on relationship building with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a designated list of customers and provide timely and accurate assistance throughout their interactions with the company.
  • Take customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Follow up on customer orders, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Track orders to ensure on-time delivery and update customers on the status of their shipments as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics, credit, and accounts payable, to resolve customer issues or process requests.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email promptly and provide comprehensive and accurate information.
  • Build strong and lasting relationships with customers by actively engaging with them, understanding their needs, and providing personalized assistance.
  • Contribute to creating a positive and supportive team environment by actively participating in team meetings, sharing knowledge and best practices, and fostering a collaborative culture.
  • Strive to meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals by consistently delivering exceptional service and resolving customer concerns effectively.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or related role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required.
