- First Line of contact for all Customer Service Queries
- Responding to all Warehouse queries within the agreed SLA’s
- Responsible for all outgoing and incoming invoices and monthly bulk invoices for all customers
- Assist with devolving and maintaining KPI packages
- Maintain an Excel database for invoicing
- Assist with ensuring compliance with the Bonded Warehouse which will include communicating with Suppliers to ensure we have all paperwork on time
- Issuing daily Pre-Alerts
- Undertake all typing, filing and administration of documentation
- Manage and control the intake of all supplier deliveries to the site
- Liaise with Land / Air / Ocean teams on customer tracking queries
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational skills with a proven ability to work well under pressure
- Attention to detail
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills is essential
- Previous experience in a similar position is desirable but not essential
