Customer Service Representative
Job description
Delmhorst Instrument Co, an equal opportunity employer and industry leader in moisture measuring instrumentation located in Montville, NJ, seeks individual for hybrid inside sales and customer service position.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound sales, technical and customer service inquiries, where knowledge of product and applications is required.
- Correspond with customers on pricing, shipping, order status, etc.
- Make outbound calls to pre-qualified leads.
- Some travel to trade shows, customer training and industry-related events in sales capacity.
Requirements:
- Two or more years of relevant experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High energy, analytical, action oriented.
- Proficient computer skills including MS Office, CRM software (Hubspot).
- Experience with technical equipment and measurement devices a plus.
