Delmhorst Instrument Co, an equal opportunity employer and industry leader in moisture measuring instrumentation located in Montville, NJ, seeks individual for hybrid inside sales and customer service position.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound sales, technical and customer service inquiries, where knowledge of product and applications is required.
• Correspond with customers on pricing, shipping, order status, etc.
• Make outbound calls to pre-qualified leads.
• Some travel to trade shows, customer training and industry-related events in sales capacity.

Requirements:

• Two or more years of relevant experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High energy, analytical, action oriented.
• Proficient computer skills including MS Office, CRM software (Hubspot).
• Experience with technical equipment and measurement devices a plus.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
