ECS recruitment are currently seeking a customer service representative for our client in Ballymount.
Immediate start required
Requirements:
- Customer service skills.
- Call handling Skills.
- Administration Skills
Job Role :
- Receive and handle Telephone and email queries.
- Respond to customers efficiently.
- Mange and resolve customer complaints.
This is a temporary position to cover maternity leave with possibility of extending.
Full Training provided.
Shifts: 9am – 6pm Monday to Friday.
