Job description

ECS recruitment are currently seeking a customer service representative for our client in Ballymount.

Immediate start required

Requirements:

  • Customer service skills.
  • Call handling Skills.
  • Administration Skills

Job Role :

  • Receive and handle Telephone and email queries.
  • Respond to customers efficiently.
  • Mange and resolve customer complaints.

This is a temporary position to cover maternity leave with possibility of extending.

Full Training provided.

Shifts: 9am – 6pm Monday to Friday.
