Customer service representative

Starting part-time during the training 10am to 4pm), if the performance is good, it will be full-time. Schedule is Monday through Friday 8am to 4:30pm.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Acknowledge, enter, and process customer purchase orders.
  • Answering customer phone calls
  • Maintain and update customer database.
  • Respond to customer and sales team inquiries via phone, email, directing them to the appropriate contact, as necessary.

Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of organization, time management, attention to detail, follow up skills, ability to multi-task.
  • Computer system: Microsoft Office Outlook, QuickBooks
  • Demonstrated success in problem solving and conflict resolution.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Shift:

  • Day shift

  • Monday to Friday
