We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative, for immediate hire, to assist with the customer service function of our portfolio of insurance clients. We are mostly paperless so solid computer skills are required. Experience in the insurance industry is a plus but not necessary.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering phone inquiries from existing clients
- Reviewing client information in data base to respond properly to customers inquiry
- Forwarding client calls to proper channels if necessary
- Assisting supervisor with other administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Prior customer service experience
- Computer skills, including basic knowledge of Excel, Outlook, Word
- Ability to multitask effectively and efficiently, especially on a computer
- Ability to think independently
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Upbeat personality
- HS diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation to and from our office
