• Work alongside the Operations manager to complete data entry
• Receive calls for warranty and service calls, Document requests, and prepare job tickets
• Responsible for arranging work schedules
• Manage job work tickets with the internal system
• Accountable for contacting national builders and customers to verify the readiness of job-sites

• 1-2 years of customer service experience
• Fluent English/Spanish language skills a plus
• Knowledge of Quickbooks
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and manage time efficiently
• Knowledge of customer service ethics, principles, and procedures
