Customer Service Specialist - Lawless Jeep

We are looking for a very organized person to help our Service Department be as efficient as possible while enriching our Service Customer Experience. You will work with the Service Management and our Service Advisors to communicate with our Customers and other Team members to ensure that our Customer Experience is perfect at a every turn. You will work on our digital scheduling system to keep us as organized and efficient ensuring that we keep our time commitments to our Customers and that our customers are kept updated throughout their Service Appointment period. You need to be a real team player that can help bring out the best in our Team.
