Our client, an Online shop for canned seafood is looking for a Customer Service Representative for their facility in Millville, NJ. You will provide administrative support to the Sales and Marketing Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for order entry, packing orders from their online store, customer service, and coordinating/implementing marketing materials and activities within the organization.

Pay and Shift:

Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM paying $20.00 to $22.00/hour.

Your Day:

  • Create and modify sales material as needed.
  • Responsible for Print and Digital Advertisements and Marketing emails.
  • Provide reports to management on overall sales and marketing activities.
  • Assist the Sales team on all projects.
  • Perform general administrative duties.
  • Run and maintain the company online store.
  • Maintain hard copy and electronic filing systems.
  • Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.
  • Coordinate Sales department travel (air/land, lodging, etc).
  • Order entry and sales support.

About You:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Communicate professionally via email and phone correspondence.
  • Must have strong organizational skills and pay close attention to detail.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs., when necessary.
  • Willingness to attend Trade Shows or Sales Meetings that may be outside of regular business hours. (Only on very few occasions)
  • Knowledgeable in Social Media platforms and trends for businesses

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
