Masis Staffing has a logistics warehouse located in New Bedford, MA looking for great candidates.

Pay Rate:
$20.00

Shifts:
Mon-Fri : 6AM-2:30PM

Job Duties:

• Make and take phone calls
• Write emails
• Fill out paperwork
• Answering questions about a company’s products or services
• Processing orders or transactions if needed
• Resolving issues
• Handling returns and exchnages
• Positive interactions and relationships with customers and communicating across email, phone.
• Assist customer's needs with product selection, order placement, replacement, returns, shipping and resolutions.

Requirements:

• Must be able to pass a background check.
