Customer Service Representative – Part or Full Time

At National Strategic Group, our main goal is helping clients reach their full potential, and we accomplished that with our core value of Strategy First. Our digital marketing firm continues to rapidly grow and has an immediate need for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and expand our growing patient recall department.

This is an environment where your responsiveness and attitude are key to not only helping others but your professional growth as well. If you’re compassionate and driven, you will easily succeed and continue to grow within your role and department as we expand this service to more clients.

This part or full time position gives you flexibility on start and end times as well as remote work as soon as you are trained (usually less than 2 weeks!).

Customer Service Representative Requirements:

• Willingness to understand our clients’ goals and strategies
• Outstanding customer service skills
• A positive, welcoming personality
• Ability to listen and connect with people over the phone and in person
• Superb professionalism at all times
• Excellent attention to detail during conversations with clients / customers and while preforming tasks
• Ability to place 120-150 outbound calls per day
• Drive to not only hit but exceed goals

Starting pay will be based on skill and previous experience. Sales experience is a plus. Apply today!
