Robert Half is in need of an articulate, highly-skilled Customer Service Representative that is looking to expand their career and skill set. This Mechanic Falls, Maine Customer Service Representative position could be for you, if you're available for a long-term contract / temporary to hire opportunity.

Your responsibilities in this role

• Handle incoming telephone calls
• Deliver outstanding, friendly customer service in a timely fashion
• Field and send out send written business correspondence
• By being successful in your role, you will facilitate business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers
• Comfort and confidence when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers
• 2+ years' experience of proven performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment desired
• Excellent customer service and office administrative skills
• A consistently positive approach to your work that is rooted in a businesslike professionalism
• Command of Microsoft Outlook
• Order entry experience preferred
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Proven knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
• Strong technical skills including proficiency with MS Office
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
