Who is Rokblokz?
ROKBLOKZ is a small, family-owned mud flap company based out of Springville, UT since 2011.
We started this project out of my Mom’s basement apartment (thanks Mom!) and a passion for fast, fun, rally-style cars! We have a particular affinity for Subies…love that rumble! Our entire purpose and objective from day one is to provide our customers with the highest quality rally mud flaps at the best price possible.
We’ve since expanded to include a line of products for UTVs, trucks, SUVs, muscle cars, and EVs. We’ve also moved out of my Mom’s basement and now occupy 2 buildings totaling over 15k square feet where we design, manufacture, and ship directly to our customers all over the world.
While much has changed over the past decade with aggressive growth every year, a lot is still the same. Same passion for anything on wheels. Same desire to create the best mud flaps on the planet. Same desire to be a part of the aftermarket community and help support people’s passion for their project cars, UTVs, etc.
We have a fun, fast-paced work environment with a culture of hard work, respect for each other, and continually looking for ways to improve ourselves, processes, etc. to constantly improve our customer’s experience.
What are the details for the job?
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to become an integral part of our team! (Non-remote)
About the position:
- Serious applicants only
- Full-time (40+ hrs/week)
- Monday-Friday 8-5pm schedule
What will your responsibilities be?
Great attitude! This is a challenging and very rewarding role that requires a person with good work ethic, who is dependable, and responsible
- Great attention to detail! Good grammar and spelling, as most of our customer service is performed over email
- Ability to work independently and problem solve! You will be tasked with tracking and reporting as well as creatively thinking out-of-the-box for solutions
- Team player! Customer Service requires working with multiple departments and team members
- Proficient with Windows and Google Apps (Gmail, sheets, drive, etc.)
- A love of cars, trucks, or UTV/ATVs preferred but not required!
