We invite you to join us at the forefront of innovation.Customer Service Representatives (CSR’s) are often the first contact a customer has with Tektronix and is a critical element in our strategy to retain current Customers and influence new and existing Customers’ purchasing decisions. In this role you will be responsible for interfacing with internal and external customers to ensure quality customer interactions. You will serve as a liaison between departments and advocate customer needs and issues, ensuring compliance to Tektronix business practices. CSR's are responsible for answering incoming calls, LiveChats, and responding to Customer inquiries about calibration and repair services in a professional manner, actively listening to and determining the needs and interests of potential and existing Customers.
CSR's partner with our Sales force and Service Center Operations to increase sales and are responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with external and internal Customers. They handle the most inbound calls, LiveChats, and emails with the primary focus of their position on maximizing revenue generation through the proactive selling of Tektronix products and services. As a “value generator,” the CSRs will emphasize service options and agreements to provide a complete Customer solution. CSRs prepare quotes/RMAs and upsell products. CSRs are responsible for the completion of service quotes and agreements as well as managing the customer’s equipment through the service operations.
The position requires individuals to learn existing processes and procedures. CSRs possess research and troubleshooting skills to respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner. The qualified candidate must be self-motivated and must possess interpersonal skills within a team environment.
Responsibilities Include
Respond to internal and external customer inquiries via Inbound/outbound phones, e-mail, and instant message
Accurately create quotes/RMAs
Process customer requests in a timely manner
Process customer inquiries and complaints according to company policy
Export/Import compliance screening
Purchase order entry and validation
Order acknowledgements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously deliver a great customer experience
Look for ways to improve our customer service experience
General knowledge of processing customer onboarding documents, Non-disclosure Agreements, Certificates of Insurance and other legal documents as needed.

Job Requirements
2+ years’ experience in customer service
1+ years’ experience with Oracle, Gage, Open Uptime, QuoteIt, Microsoft Dynamics (Preferred)
High school diploma or equivalent with appropriate experience will be considered
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Must be self-motivated
Must be able to demonstrate advanced interpersonal skills within a team environment and the ability to work in an independent setting
Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, and standard Internet applications
Excellent telephone skills for handling moderate to complex calls with customers, both internal and external
Outstanding organizational skills with attention to detail
Adaptable to change
Excellent Time Management skills

National: The hourly range for this position is $15.96 - $29.62
This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.
