Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a dependable and efficient customer service candidate for our Splash showroom. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, friendly, organized and has excellent communication skills.
Qualifications
Previous customer service or hospitality experience
Ability to ensure customer satisfaction and to help resolve issues.
Excellent communication, interpersonal & time-management skills
Professional demeanor and attitude
Familiarity with office organization techniques
Ability to work in a team atmosphere.
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Ability to multitask
Role Requirements
5-day, 40 hr. week: Monday – Friday from 8:30am-5pm
