We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. This person will be working with other team members within customer service to fulfill customers’ needs which involves order entry, shipment tracking and answering questions.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Order entry-domestic and international customers
• Creating new customers in Quickbooks
• Answering Phones
• Taking phone orders
• Print EDI PO’s sent via TrueCommerce
• Sending batches of sales order to warehouse
• Email PO confirmations to customer
• Tracking customer orders.
• Process Back Orders
• Process invoices to customers
• Preparing samples for Sales team, and Trial size internet orders.
• File purchase orders from customers
• Prepare RGA’s and Complaint
• Other Tasks as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• One to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of Quickbooks, Excel helpful.
• Calm and professional nature under stressful and challenging situations.
• Friendly, courteous, service-oriented, flexible and enjoys working with a variety of staff.
• Detail-oriented, works effectively under pressure while meeting all applicable deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
