Weed Man Lawn Care is looking for a Customer Service Representative in our Mechanicsburg office with excellent waiting and phone etiquette to support our growing team. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively convey company policies and procedures as well as assist customers with any problems they may be having. Additionally, we are seeking candidates who are reliable, organized and have extensive multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform outbound Accounts Receivable calls
• Answer inbound calls that can range from service questions to billing inquires
• Learn our computer software system
• Accurately document correspondence with each customer
• Answer Sales related inquires
• Confident and driven individual with great verbal communication skills
• Quick learner – Has the ability to learn new systems, products, and services
• Positive personality – We’ll give you the tools to succeed, guaranteed
• One year of sales experience is a huge plus
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
